I'll put money on the recipes being ai generated in some way. That would explain the game requiring you to boil mayo and to make eggs medium rare
Hi Dan! Long time viewer here, and even longer mayo fan. Mayonnaise is unsafe to eat at 10C/50F. Allegedly, it becomes safe to eat again at 32C/90F, but at that point it is no longer mayonnaise and is now scrambled eggs.
