I Tried Battered Rag Pudding in Oldham!
We headed to Oldham to try one of the UK’s strangest local chippy dishes — a battered rag pudding.
It’s hot, messy, proper old-school Northern food… and it turned out to be a lot better than expected. Sexy spam, fish and chips, Irish curry sauce and one very dangerous first bite.

Jesus christ chef keep going back for more pain, just let it rest a minute get that heat out. Man if something stops you dead on the taste and makes you scared of eating it that is very very bad. Fresh fish should never taste fishy it should taste light fresh delicate. Its a no from me chef

U need to visit Piri Desi on featherstall rd and try the Zatta mix, deghar special with the bread rolls. Asian version of Nando’s. Top notch. U won’t be disappointed
