I had the pleasure of attending Fallow last Sunday lunchtime and the experience from start to finish was absolutely outstanding, thank you to all the staff at Fallow. I can attest to how busy this restaurant gets yet the staff were all very poised, professional and as you can already guess, the food was incredible.
Great Live stream, its my Birthday this week and my wife is taking me to the Fallow tomorrow for Lunch, gutted you guys won't be there as I'm a big admirer of your work, still I know it will be great. As an ex Chief mechanic for an F1 team I see similarities in the team work and probably the hours and commitment, it's not a normal job, it's a way of life, great to see, keep up the good work and you both deserve the acclaim you are receiving.
