I ate at every fast food restaurant in Japan including McDonalds, Wendy’s, KFC, Panda Express, Krispy Kreme, Taco Bell and Burger King. Which was my favorite? You’ll have to see for yourself.
The fact that they have Edamame and Corn just screams "We are in Japan! We are healthy here!" "Spaghetti? Sir this is a Wendy's!" "Yeah, duh, it's in Japan."
It's disgusting how we have such lack of variety in the US while the American chains around the world have greater respect for their fast food restaurants and the appearance of the food in Asia crushes anything we have here the respect is so apparent such a shame
Bro, those McDonald's pancakes are literally EXACTLY the same in the US. They only seem to "taste better" because you're in Japan. Location makes all the difference.
Wendy's sells pasta because it acquired "First Kitchen," a Japanese fast-food brand.
"First Kitchen" was originally a fast-food company created by Suntory, a company that produces alcoholic beverages such as whiskey, and was established in 1977.
Kind of glad I didn't visit any of the American fast food restaurants when I went to Japan. Found quite a good amount of Japanese fast food and regular restaurants one was a really good hotpot place in Kyoto.
