  1. Do not fry with extra virgin olive oil it also has a low smoking point and can burn and smoke, in South East Europe we tend to use sunflower oil for frying and olive oil for dressing and lightly frying, but for high heat always sunflower oil, it neutral and has no flavour so it’s perfect for this.

  2. In India we actually use sesame oil for every dish except deep frying. It's actually very healthy to use cold pressed sesame oil in your food and we don't pour on top of dishes instead we add them as the base. It's quite different in various places.

  3. My poor man version of this would be peanut oil, its cheaper than sesame oil, it has a nutty smoked smell, and its ideal for frying hahhah 🥲 i do want to try sesame oil tho

  4. Indians use untoasted sesame oil for cooking. It is safe and sesame is native to India so it has been used for thousands of years

  7. They said I plan my vehicle broke down at the speedway. So many lorries and trucks. Very dangerous, and dark as well. They are obviously desperate. And horny. I have no clue what they are saying. Just boring. I almost get hit by some big truck running fast. They said I plan the unfortunate event.

  8. Some figured out that she means obviously the dark, toasted sesame oil which is so delicious drizzled on food after cooking. And she's so right with what she's saying.
And yes there's a sesame cooking oil that has a golden color and is cold pressed. People use it for cooking as also the Indians in the comments are saying.

  10. OMG, thank you, I didn't know that! I have been using sesame oil on and off for cooking for about a year. I will stop using it that way now

  11. This depends on the sesame oil you use. The sesame oil found in Indian shops can and are used in Indian cooking.

  12. Guys use what you want to use and like to eat. 🙄 These influencers dont have to change what you use. Also Google stuff if it doesnt make sense to you.

  13. everyone is saying different things under the comments. Fine, Ill just use butter and get fat.

  14. atp just use regular cooking oil cause it meant to be used for cooking. other oils can do that too, but unless you're a person who needs to be concerned more about what they eat, no need to get complicated over it

  15. i fry my eggs and tons of other things in sesame oil. low heat and you maintain the flavor. adding some butter helps too.

  16. Any seed oil should be used for cooking, refined and full of toxics and harmful substances…Just like Olive Oil, its refined. Only Extra Virgin Olive Oil is unrefined, but with a low smoke point (btw the only one that can be reused without shitty carcinogens), so for a good high temperature frying, coconut oil or…pigs fat. Thats it. Never ever use any seed oil. All are refined and full of shit.

  17. It is amazing how many people either don't know or don't care about these facts.
I love my drizzle of precious sesame oil over my meal just before I eat it and the thought of losing that unique aroma and taste is like a horror movie jump scare to me 😂

  18. My dad used sesame oil instead of olive oil when making a stir fry one time. The whole house reeked of SKUNK.

  19. You talk about low smoking point, then proceed to recommend olive oil which also has a low smoking point 😂

  20. I learned the hard way that sesame oil isn't for frying by watching a whole bunch of it burn away in seconds on the hot pan and spending almost an hour scraping the pan

  21. Ok now I know what is my mistake when cooking asian lol I'm dumb and I'm itoxicating myself good
