SINIGANG FRIES, SISIG PARES, KIMCHI SINIGANG?! — Filipino Fusion Food
Filipino food meets Mexico, Korea, and Italy!
In this video, I visited 3 restaurants in Manila that created unique Filipino fusion dishes inspired by different countries.
📍 LOS CHACHOS (Mexican-Filipino Fusion)
* Sinigang Fries
* Sisig Tacos
* Pares Burrito
📍 Mesa (Korean-Filipino Fusion)
* Kimchi Sinigang Baboy
📍 King of Pares (Italian & Korean-Filipino Fusion)
* Sisig Pasta
* Korean Pares Spicy
I wanted to see what happens when Filipino Food meet cuisines from around the world! Honestly, some combinations sounded strange at first, but a few of them completely surprised me!

28:17 How cute you said San-Mig-We to San Miguel the Korean way.
If you want to say it the Filipino way you say it as San-Mi-Gel
28:41 That's right you need to wipe it out because the bottle cap can get rusty sometimes.
The main reason you can’t always get beer in restaurants in the Philippines is that it requires a separate liquor license, which can be expensive. Also, liquor licenses are not issued to establishments located near schools. Haha.
