Peruvian food is so flavorful. My favorite dish is lomo saltado, but any chicken, fish, or vegetable option is delicious. Aji sauce goes with everything.
I hope next time you visit Miami, you get to try some Peruvian Nikki cuisine, which is a blend of Peruvian and Japanese fusion food. There are some fantastic restaurants in Miami that you need to try, great video as always.Thanks for posting.

Ceviche is always on my Peruvian neighbor's party dishes. Mostly they have different seafood on the main table and potatoes. 👍
