This is the REAL char kway teow not the berkuah imposter one. The berkuah one the shrimps/prawns use always no clean one idk why. They don't even bother cleaning the intestine out and when you bite into it the black poop taste just ruins the entire dish itself. The shrimps/prawns for the berkuah version always have this bau hanyir like spoil already because they don't clean it. The real char kway teow when eat so satisfying. Got wok hei very tasty and the shrimps/prawns use already clean and half peel. The dish treat you like a king unlike the filthy imposter version
