The ratings are fairly low. Anything lower than a 7 shouldn't even be considered. A 50 is an F and a 7 is a C the food should be around an 8 or 9 if its making you moan.

Man nah the tortilla can't be all floppy and falling apart when you pick it up for birria. I get it for the chimichanga but birria should have a crispy outer shell so that you can hold it and dip it. The meat basically makes it like a French dip sandwich. You gotta use something like that
