As a Samoan living here in the states, authentic Mexican food is the best. So rich in flavor and a wide range of it. I know we love meat, so we think about Texas barbeque, and Mexican dishes can match that as well in dishes like barbacoa and top-notch carne asada! Love that you spent time with our fellow Mexican brothers uce!
