Vivian, CHANGE YOUR TITLE! NO ONE in America eats yams! I doubt even you have ever tasted one! We eat sweet potatoes. There is no other name to call them. Your job is to clean up such culinary misnomers, like confusing sorgham and molasses!
Awesome video! I love how you go out and interact with the farmers. Such an insight. And some of those recipes I could taste. Definitely going to try those. Best!
