cooking at lytle creek villas airbnb part 1! The prep!

The prep!
to be frank, I very much dislike prepping at airbnbs. it takes time away from cooking, time away from friends, and cleaning up is terrible.
so I always just prep 90% of everything at home. It also means I have to pack less for the trip!

we only really had one full day at the airbnb, so we decided to do grilled pork belly over binchotan with all the ssam accoutrements, korean style, for lunch next to the actual creek.
for dinner, we decided on pizza! πŸ™‚

  6. Question: im new at making pizza dough myself. Is rolling and shapping the dough into a ball really important ? I use a bread machine to create the dough, then portion it out and throw what is not used in the freezer. No shapping πŸ˜… should i put more time to do it ?

  7. Hi! Against the advice of basically everyone I know, I'm trying to get into being a cook, then a chef, and perhaps running a restaurant someday. I'm trying to become a prep or line cook for my first job to get experience, and since the area I live in currently doesn't have many opportunities, I have the option to work at both/either a local cafe or travel center as a cook. Are there any tips you can give me about working as a chef/in restaurants?

  8. It looks so delicioussss 🀀🀀 I can't wait for the next part 🫠 and yeah Man you are definitely a GREAT CHEF because if a person is able to make some crave or make other hungry just by watching the videos πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

  9. I only use Costco pork belly for kimchi jjigae so them switching to only belly on has been a big adjustment for me πŸ˜‚
