Full recipe + tips here! 🌟 Here’s how to make pecan butter which was featured in our last video. It’s very easy to make hence why there’s no measurements, but moreso, what products you can use to make it a bit easier and realistic.
INGREDIENTS: Pecans halves (not roasted, unsalted) Salt Food processor is from @ninjakitchen. Link in bio but it’s cheaper in stores. Convection / countertop oven is from @cuisinart.
INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Spread pecans in an even layer on a sheet pan and roast for 10–12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until fragrant and lightly toasted. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
2. Add the cooled pecans to a food processor and blend until a crumbly mixture forms. Add pinch of salt, then continue processing. Pause occasionally to scrape down sides and redistribute any chunks that collect underneath the blade. Continue blending until smooth to your liking. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
Enjoy however you like. We like it on toasted, buttered sourdough with a dash of maple syrup! It tastes like pecan pie.

That looks heavenly. I need to try ASAP! ❤
How long does the pecan butter stay good for?
Love this. Having lived on a pecan orchard, we would do something similar.
