BBQ Chicken Protein Pizza
Makes 4 Slices

This BBQ Chicken Protein Pizza is going into my high-protein cookbook.

Ingredients

* 20 oz chicken tenderloins
* 1/2 onion, diced
* BBQ seasoning (0 calorie)
* 2 servings Kinders BBQ Sauce (10 calories per serving)
* 112g fat-free mozzarella cheese
* 112g fat-free cheddar cheese
* 2 Brooklyn Bred 100-calorie pizza crusts

Step 1 – Cook the Chicken

1. Season the chicken tenderloins heavily with BBQ seasoning.
2. Add chicken and diced onions to a pan over medium heat.
3. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and onions are soft.
4. Shred the chicken directly in the pan.
5. Add the BBQ sauce and mix everything together until coated evenly.

Step 2 – Build the Pizza

1. Place both pizza crusts on a baking tray.
2. Evenly spread the BBQ chicken mixture across the crusts.
3. Mix the mozzarella and cheddar cheese together.
4. Sprinkle the cheese blend evenly over the pizzas.

Step 3 – Broil

1. Place pizzas in the oven on broil for 3–5 minutes.

  2. At some point, I’m going to have tried all your recipes, but my kitchen and cookware are much smaller so it might take me a while!
    Also, I try to avoid the toxic additives that are in a lot of the creams and sauces and even some food items
