Not true chef here, always salt and pepper. We use a rub we make and yup there is pepper in it. Looks delish

100% if you have raw eggs and you put them in water they should sink to the bottom. If your raw eggs are bad they will float. So anybody telling you different are crazy and don't know what they're talking about. You go do you and make amazing food like you are and don't listen to stupid people. Some people might have some good ideas but you got to watch out for the bad ones.
