Being Scottish I’m probably biased but my opinion is that as we have less of a population it is easier to focus on quality of product and service than other places.
The Scottish aren’t well thought of worldwide for no reason. 🏴

Looks amazing but i honestly can’t believe it’s frozen chips I’ve never ever had frozen chips anywhere in Scotland from a Chip shop or a Chip van 🤷🏼
