This is a cooking video featuring a juicy Smoked Beef Sandwich. I smoked the beef inside a large barrel over a bonfire, and crafted my own custom sauce from scratch. As a side dish, I baked cauliflower with cheese in the oven.

The result was absolutely incredible—a fragrant, juicy sandwich paired with deliciously cheesy cauliflower. What a wonderful dinner experience here in a remote mountain village, surrounded by an incredibly beautiful evening view. 🤤
