I've only been to the STK in Los Angeles (Westwood) for lunch several times. I always had the cheeseburger which was always very good but not that big.

You would think chains would be the same but they never are. Or so it seems. Depends I guess on management, employees and more. But it wasn't a pricey bill and was just more like appetizers and a drink right? Not bad probably all things considered.
The part afterwards was very enjoyable. Seeing NYC skyline and view and just something different. Mrs. Steve is fun. She could probably run circles around me or most people.
Didn't realize you were going to be gone this long from Vegas but I'm enjoying the different things from Vegas. A lot.

East Coast STK idea of a quesadilla is very different looking from any quesadilla I've ever seen, but it looked loaded with meat. Glad Mrs Steve is bouncing back from feeling under the weather. Crazy weather for sure.
