I Didn’t Expect This at This Restaurant in Las Vegas 😳
I try KYU at Fontainebleau Las Vegas and the beef short rib stole the whole meal Fall-off-the-bone meat, amazing flavor, . Definitely a spot worth trying if you love good food on the Strip.
The restaurant is Asian-inspired flavors with a wood-fired cooking style that gives everything an insane smoky flavor.

Flavor explosion!! Highly recommend KYU. You could have a great dinner off of their appetizers alone. Great spot!

Ate there pretty close to when they opened. Really liked everything I had. The tartare is awesome. They melt marrow on to it tableside. I'll definitely get that beef rib next trip! Hard to pass on the ribcap, but go to Don's for theirs. Best i've had.

I ate at KYU original spot down in Miami, I thought it was good but nothing blew me away. I haven't been to this one in Vegas yet. I just think there are better options when it comes Asian fusion restaurants on the Strip.
Forget the lettuce and sauce I’d eat that whole beef rib in seconds!!

Charred octopus looked great, you're right about being rubbery, like milk glands or scallops!
I just discovered from Pizza Princess and her Pops that there's Italian Octopus Spaghetti! They're from Canadaland too!

Now that is how I like my meat to look. Love that he ate the baked potato, skin and all. Wasted time, money and valuable stomach space on those bougie Snacky Snacks. Gimme the meat and potatoes, argh. This kid is finally growing up. Except, he couldn't finish that great rib, but he ate the whole overpriced Cinnabon. Pricing seems very reasonable, add a big time chef's name and everything would be doubled.
Those beef ribs looked absolutely insane. You should def check out Wakuda sometime, everything I tried there was amazing

Matthew, there is that dude that does reviews of Vegas restaurants, you know, the one that shakes his head after every bite, but he lacks your authenticity. Dude, watching these are always so damn good! BTW, if we had had dinner together, you wouldn't have had to share the octopus. 😂
It's usually the chef that makes the food look so great. You're one of the eaters that make the food look so tasty.

The food looks great but it’s a reminder why I cook at home. $89 for one beef rib. I can buy 2 full racks for $130-150 throw on the smoker for 8 hours and finish on the grill. That’d feed 6-10 people, and it’ll fall right off the bone as well.
Don’t get me wrong , but dinner for over $100 a person doesn’t interest me anymore. Maybe a Joel Robuchon where it’s things I can’t do myself, but probably not.
