Steve you should have just got the egg on a bun. I used to get those egg on a kaiser roll on the street in NYC too, so good. Get a chopped cheese at the bodega. Also Katz is so overrated

I used to order potato & egg sandwiches with salt, pepper & ketchup from those type of stores.
The sandwich could use some black pepper, cheese, ketchup, or mayo. Bodega looks very clean & organized.
