20 gagave syrup

Step 1

Green smoothie

Cut banana, cucumber, and ginger into chunks. Roughly chop spinach and dice apples.

40 g banana / 80 g cucumber / 10 g ginger / 20 g spinach / 140 g apple (granny smith)

Step 2

Green smoothie

Add all chopped vegetables and fruits to a blender. Add agave syrup, flaxseed oil, lemon juice, and water.


20 g agave syrup / 1 tbsp flaxseed oil / 1 lemon / 240 ml water
