  1. God… Steve is a genuine man with great integrity there’s a lot people out there with a story but not many try… so too see him doing something he loves I hope I hope he gets EVERYTHING he possibly needs

  2. The one thing with these people, is they are making the food out of love. You know you are not going to get some half ass made food like at some bigger chain restaurant..

  3. Woah!!! I'm such a BBQ lover and man i would love to try Steve's food! It looks so amazing. My young son who love's rice & beans would love his too! So sorry on all of the loss of 2025. Truly hope 2026 is a better year and i'm sure you will get the food truck/ trailer in no time!.

  4. I’m sure the food is amazing, but how do these people not get fined by code enforcement for zoning violations? I don’t think I’d want someone in my neighborhood running a whole restaurant business out of their house. Residential construction isn’t really built to handle the safety requirements of a commercial kitchen.

  5. When I was struggling my neighbor would freeze the factor meals and give us the extra. Even after being frozen they are still darn good.

  6. Spanish bread. This is what I got from online. European Baking Techniques: During the 333-year Spanish colonization of the Philippines, Filipinos learned European bread-making techniques and adapted them to local palates and ingredients.

  7. They called it Spanish bread cuz Christopher Columbus traveled and was claiming islands in the pacific and all they way up to the Philippines! Thats why they have a bunch of Spanish influences in the pacific.

  8. My friend's husband opened a food cart. It became one of the best food carts. He was able to open a restaurant.
I wish the same for Steve and his BBQ business. Let us know if he starts a GoFundMe.
Also, it's scary ordering food from someone's house. But these dishes look amazing! And their kitchens look clean. Especially the doughnut girl. Those doughnuts did look amazing!
