Spot prawn from BC Canada ocean is king. Best is to eat it sashimi, or blanch it 10sec in boiled ginger scallion water then dip with soya mixture, or salted and pepper style is really nice too.

Ohm idk if it’s the same as the big tiger shrimp, but in Canada the Asian markets sold the blue big ones frozen and it would be sooooo good. Recently the brown asian markets be shipping in the fresh ones and omg I say best shrimp in the world it’s so good
