  1. I thought that was for home use. Not in a restaurant use. Cooking should be done. With love, not auto cook. It's just plain tasting, not incredible. Besides, I pay for the taste from a chef, not automatically cooked food. I leave that to the nurds that made it. They can't tell food cooked from an automatic cooking without passion.

  3. I was a chef managing multiple dishes at once. Between ramens, poke bowls, stir fryโ€™s, deserts, and appetizers I did it all at once. We all did. Orders coming back so fast you couldnโ€™t even say wtf before another one came in. And just 3 of us sometimes just 2 and sometimes by ourselves handled it everyday. Itโ€™s not easy my point is that this doesnโ€™t help us work on separate dishes but it does help the food not burn because with all the chaos every now and then a meal would get burned and Iโ€™d get to eat it but also get to make another fresh one

  4. Sounds goodโ€ฆ up until cross contamination comes into play and all that early prep you did dries the shit out of the food and someone wants to complain and get met with the roll scoop machine. Carry on.

  6. Does it also clean itself? If not, then that part will consume way more time compared to a regular pan.
