  1. your version of well done and my version of well done are like comparing i say thats a post oak tree and you thats a coconut tree.
to me that steak you held up and said well done… i call that medium rare.
I like mine 200 degrees. hot.

  2. None of those steaks were 'medium rare', they were all 'medium well'. A ' medium rare' steak is still somewhat bloody in the center, so much so, it almost moos.

  3. Obviously not a chef, or acumen on the topic of meat cookery. How long is the drive from these restaurants? Obviously the temp is going to be off due to carry over cooking. He should have ate at each restaurant and filmed the temp when brought to the table. Voids his credibility for sure.

  4. someone doing a video like this should learn the difference between well done and medium well. what an idiot

  5. Yeah let’s judge steaks that are cold and ordered hours ago. Definitely gonna cause accurate and trustworthy results 💀

  6. Those steaks looks horrible coming from well known restaurants. Even a 12yo can cook steak at home with no problem if you teach them.

  7. Longhorn steak is the best (for that price). Have you tried their Parmesan Crusted Chicken? It's huge, moist, seasoned well, and could feed 2 ppl. I also like their onion petals. They're less greasy or spicy as Outback's Blooming Onion.
