  2. πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ here. Your YT channel just came up on my YT feed. Very interesting and I'll be trying your coffee marinated steak technique once warmer weather and BBQ season finally gets here in Nova Scotia. We had a strong north wind and snow flurries today . . . . brrrrrrr.
Thanks for posting Cowboy Kent πŸ‘

  3. I always use some crumbled aluminum foil after the grills hot then I cut an old onion in half and use both of them to scrub down the grill .. the I put the on that top shelf thing for the duration of the cooking.. today it's an 28 lb brisket.. I justbwrapped it at 165 so at 205 I'll pull it out . Idk about that onion they usually live there and I eventually burn the up with my charcoal.. I didn't eat it first… Htmm… Maybe I got taste it now. Lol .

  4. I call bullshit on this one right now..one of the price labels they panned over at the biginning of the steak counter said $4.77/pound..This movie was " made 3 weeks ago". Horseshit..three weeks ago, steak, hell no..ground beef was $8.00/pound !!!!!!!!!!

  5. Although I Haven't Seen or Heard Anything about how to Marinate Beef, but Mr.Rollins from Texas is using Chilled Black Coffee, and I haven't heard of this Kitchen Trick before, but what I usually use is something that Contains, Pectin, which can be found in Papaya, Guava, Mango, Kiwis, it's a Natural Enzyme,it breaks down Connective Tissue,if you don't watch it, your final Product will be like Mush, which is going directly into the Garbage,or use a Meat Tenderizer, sometimes You'll see,Cubed Steak's in your local Meat Section of your local Supermarket, but just look at the Prices,Compare and Shop,be an Educated Consumer, Bottom Line is what's Most Important,Tender and Flavorable, like eating Filet Mignon,Prime Rib Roast, Ribeye Steak, Good Trick, I'll try it Next Time, Thank you Cowboy,on The Prairie.

  6. Kent, I’ve watched, and learned from your videos for many years now. I do not usually remember to like all of the videos that I have watched, but I do want you to know that you are one of the people on YouTube that I have leaned the most from. I made it to a life scout, my scout leader pushed me to be an Eagle Scout, but at 16 I enlisted in the USMC on the delayed entry program. At that point I was so focused on becoming a Marine, that I let everything else go. I served 6 honorable years in the Marine Corps, and deployed 2 times. I did not see any combat, but was close a couple of times. So close that I was handed a ROE card. That made me put life into check. I want to thank you for what you share on YouTube. It is very easy to watch, and very informative of the skills that you have. I have several recipes that you and your followers could benefit from. If you would like to hear some of them message me. Tajik you once again.

  7. Why are you buying steak that is not on sale? Picked up ribeyes for 8.99/lb at Kroger and Prime Sirloin at HEB for 7.99/lb.

  8. Cracked me up describing how to check for doneness with your palm. Just cut these other two fingers off because we killed him once we ain’t gonna kill him again!

  9. I got 6 WHITE ny strips last week… $9.99lb
They were WONDERFUL. I do charcoal w smoker pellets. Hot damn they were good.

  10. Sounds good I believe I'll try that and the discount offer. With prices the way they are now this is right on time for those living on a fixed SS income expesialy when major health issues have wiped out the savings.

  11. Is the first time I've seen your show and I subscribe…
I can't wait until I get some coffee or steak and one of your temperature products !!!

  12. Soy sauce works great for this very reason also… and it's a great marinade – so even if your steak ends up tasting like it – so be it!

  13. 2:58 a πŸ₯©πŸ₯©πŸ₯©πŸΊ 🍺🍺beer will do the same to tenderize πŸ₯©πŸ₯©πŸ₯©πŸΊπŸΊπŸΊsoooooo yummy! πŸ₯©πŸ₯©πŸ₯©

  14. coffee β˜•οΈ brewed steak πŸ˜‹

  15. For starters sirloin is not a fucking budget cut, it is almost the same price as scotch/ribeye and eye fillet, rump etc is budget!

  16. That billion dollar renewable bbq smoking Mesquite..thats the hidden ingredient.. gonna do the cheaper steak n coffee..but for everthang I cook..mesquite is my smoking wood of choice. Wish I had 640 acres of it !❀

  17. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ™πŸ™ŒπŸ› got to try this! Ty for sharing ! 😊

  18. Cowboy Kent, would I get the same result in tenderness if i did not use your "reverse sear" method and put the meat on high heat for coloring, then move the steaks over to the cooler side and heat up there until i get to medium rare? Thank you.

  19. Tried this on some prime sirloin. Used Starbucks dark roast. It didn't work. Marinated for 12 hours.
