We let an Uber driver choose where we ate in Blackpool… and he sent us to Mario’s! 🚕🍕 Was this hidden gem food spot actually amazing, or did the Uber driver completely stitch us up? In this Blackpool food review, The Gourmet Lads put a random local recommendation to the test to see if trusting a stranger with dinner was a huge mistake… 😳
We had one simple rule… jump in an Uber and let the driver decide where we eat. No Googling, no reviews, no cheating.
After asking for somewhere in Blackpool, we got taken to Mario’s… but was it secretly brilliant, or one of the worst food recommendations we’ve ever had?
From the first look at the food to the honest taste test, things definitely didn’t go quite how we expected…

What an absolute 💩hole that takeaway was. The food, ( if you can call it that ), looked rank before you even tasted it . Big helping of Imodium if you'd have ate any more.!. Fair review, long live Bongo Belly! 😂😂😂

Hi lads, another cracking video, I must admit, I went to Mario’s a couple of weeks ago, admittedly I was a little drunk and it was 1am on a Sunday morning 😂, I had chicken tikka meat and chips, it went down like a lead ballon, but, as mentioned I was 10 sheets to the wind 😂
