This was a birthday dinner for 15 super fun guests with a happy hour buffet and a few seated courses.

His family and friends wanted to be served family-style to have more freedom during dinner.
So here’s what we did; we set up our Italian Happy-Hour buffet with a variety of finger foods, as always, then we served our seated courses. Seasonal salad with apples, risotto alla milanese with fondue and pancetta, pennone alla genovese, a variety of prime steaks with roasted potatoes and two desserts. Super successful evening!
