Can I please ask why do your goods have to be wrapped to be kosher? Appreciate your content, learnt so much about your life as an Orthodox Jewish person
I would 1000% email Disney and get a refund. It’s not like the food was an added bonus so it’s ok if it’s bad. The whole point was DINING and for all the food be bad, is unacceptable. I even offer to call Disney for you for free if you aren’t confrontational.
With all due respect, kosher is so specific and the requirement that it all be double wrapped while heating is going to affect food quality. I'm sure the food is delicious if you were to loosen some of your strict requirements for the day but, if not, they did their best.
Disney really should do a better job with kosher food especially because they are so accommodating for allergies or at least a fully kosher food stand/ restaurant
The only sad thing is how much plastic gets used… my family is christian and they use the same silverware as everyone else in a restaurant😅there is a machine that cleans…
my family went to that same restaurant a few years ago and we don’t eat kosher and that food was also really bad. I remember my mom saying the same thing it was really only worth it to go see the princesses
Honestly… if everyone else was getting regular food served on plates etc., and you all were getting microwaved garbage…. I’d throw a fit. That is awful. Literal bottom of the barrel garbage food and I’m sure you paid thousands for this trip ….
Folks, Disney does not make that kosher food. It’s made by a kosher caterer in New York, frozen, shipped to Florida, and then steamed back to hot. There’s only so much that can be done.
Disney doesn’t have a considerate enough general clientele to maintain a kosher restaurant in the parks. Folks would 100% invalidate the kashrut of the entire place on a daily basis.
Honestly, loving your vacation archive footage, but I don't love how the kosher food isn't as good at people claim the food at Disney is in general (granted, I've never been, so I can't say how good the food is, but people claim it's awesome, and I've had awesome kosher food, so Disney has no excuse).
Trust me my friend. It is not a one time experience! My husband and I took our daughter there 20 years ago and the f food was horrific. The princess meeting was the only thing that kept us from walking out. Our daughter hated when we returned anything so we didn’t eat, paid the bill and went to the McDonald’s stand, the only place without a wait list. (We are not Jewish-lol-but that was the first time I was ever thankful for McDonald’s. Our 5 year old was happy with her kids plate at the Princesses house. 😂. We lived in Orlando until my husband passed away. We had season passes so if you need any questions answered I’ll do my best! Dm me. Oh by the way, if Canada still has a steakhouse in Epcot and you made reservations, just go ahead and switch them out now. Those 2 are the only losers. Love Disney food.
You need to say something to the restaurant. Please?! I’m so glad y’all ate something and m sorry it was so terrible. Core memories were made the kids about their princess experience. But the adults end up with the core memories of what really happened and maybe some ptsd. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

I’m so sorry :/ that’s awful
It sucks that a lot of places nowadays don’t have good kosher food
shame on disney! the fact that you have to pay so much money, and can't even get half-decent food is horrible!!!

Miriam, don't worry you're not alone I too can't eat without dropping food on my clothes as well.

The food may have been horrible but you made wonderful memories with your girls!!
How do u know what a cotton ball tastes like like. 😭No hate

When Belle said you brought your entire tea set did she mean she never saw the dishes you were eating off of?

You go for the kids to interact with the princesses, not for the food.

I bet the hotdogs were good. Kosher hotdogs like Hebrew national are always so much better than nonkosher hotdogs
I can't imagine not paying all this money to go on a magical vacation and then have to have a restricted diet
Those look like airplane meals. I'll pass 😂😂

It was about the princess not the food
I dont like matzah ball soup at all so cotton balls seems right to me but love the challah bread
So you paid a bunch of money for tv dinners
Wait did it cost you the same price as if you were eating the regular non-kosher dining options??
Thank you for this honest review
Why don’t you save for college instead of feeding your children unhealthy food?
You would really think that in this day and age they would have better options. I understand this was 3-4 years ago…. But it’s crazy.
A hot dog is not healthy in any religion
Delightful
Yes get a refund , quick question , sorry of i missed this but what disability does your youngest have again
I didn't think orthodox Jews were allowed to go to Disney?
