It gets so much hate because it's $72 per person for a "character meal" and all you get is ONE character walking by, no interaction.
My aunt Jody made a reservation for Be Our Guest for my parents, Grandma and I. She joined us as well with her boyfriend Kim and their son Quentin. We got put in the West Wing dining room and we sat down and started looking at the menu and it stormed and I got startled so we left. I'm visually impaired so the other four senses kick in to help the low vision out
General rule: expect to be underwhelmed (and overpay) at any in-park dine-in experience
The only theme park that is capable of surpassing expecations from a quality AND price aspect is Dollywood.
No matter what they do to this restaurant they cannot make it work. It is disgusting and too expensive. I’ve never had another place I’ve actually been so disappointed with. It shouldn’t even be a restaurant. It should be a ballroom. For dancing.
