  3. I used to watch you a lot back in the day man. Seeing you today again was a pleasant surprise. You seemed to have upped your cooking game, kudos! I do sense something off, or maybe just things being different. You seem more mellow, relaxed, laid back, perhaps even a tad bit fatigued of the world. These are just judgements passed off of a minute long video, so none of it matters. Just something about you seems cozy in a tired kind of way—and I'm saying this is a positive way.

  4. I still love peppers but they're not really loaded with fiber lol. Fibrous veggies are going to be the starchier ones and legumes of course are much more plentiful!

  5. Fun fact- Costco loses money on every rotisserie chicken because it’s a selling point to get people into their store. They know once you’re in you’re going to spend more money than you planned. They make money on the chicken that way but as far as the actual cost versus return on just the chicken- lose money
