I think the issue I have sometimes with these kinda meals is they are too repetitive (in general nothing to do the meals shown) like you’ll meal prep for the week and it’s the same meals over and over again… I tend to get meal preps from my trainers other business so I can have more options but other than that if I make from home I will buy meats and portion them out into two meal amounts so that I can make more options for myself and not get flavour fatigue (otherwise I start thinking about foods that won’t be the best for my health).

    I appreciate the impartial judge bringing up fibre given that most people lack that in their diet and it is one of the common cause for cancers like bowel cancer etc! People tend to not eat enough fruits or veg unfortunately xx
