Today, we made raw banana bajji. We thinly sliced the banana, dipped it in a spicy besan batter, and deep-fried it until it was crispy and crunchy! Banana bajji is a very famous snack from South India. We tried it today, and it’s one of the most delicious snacks we’ve ever made. In the end, we served it with coconut chutney

    I think you missed out a part where you're making the 'dip' using dessicated coconut, chillies and peanuts. It jumps straight to the end bit. Would love to learn how you made that. I'm guessing it was in a blender?
