3.5 lbs chicken breast (raw)
1 full bag fusilli pasta (Rummo No. 48)
1 full bag 2% Mexican-style shredded cheese (Kraft)
2 cups low-fat cottage cheese (2% milkfat)
2 tbsp fat-free ranch (Hidden Valley)
10 slices beef bacon
16 oz chopped onion
8 oz chopped tomatoes

Stage one add this into the crock pot ⬇️
3.5lbs chicken into the crockpot
16 ounces of chopped onions
8 ounces chopped tomatoes
Pretty heavy passive
Garlic, paprika, pepper, ranch and bacon seasoning
10 slices of beef, bacon, chopped up and cooked. Add the grease. You can remove it if you want to.

Set this on high it’s cooking for three hours

Stage 2
30 minutes before your crockpot food is done boil up one bag of protein or pasta of your choice

Stage 3
We’re gonna make sauce add this to a blender ⬇️
1 bag 2% Mexican cheese
2 cups 2% cottage cheese
Chipotle sauce as much as you want
Ranch seasoning 7g
Fat free ranch 30g
Almond milks 1/2 cup
Blend

Stage 4 assembly ⬇️
Your chicken is done shred that up
Add your pasta
Add your cheese sauce
Give us a mix and let it cook for an additional 20 minutes

Let this rest for 20 minutes

Place into 8 meal prep containers

Reheat time
Fridge 2:30
Freezer 5 min with a little water
