Ingredients

1x thick 500g steak (ribeye recommended)
50ml dark soy sauce
50ml light soy sauce
4-6 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp gochujang
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 Asian pear
2 tbsp sesame seeds
3-4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 handful scallions, chopped
1 onion, sliced
Steamed sushi rice
Extra scallions + sesame seeds, to finish

    Whoever tries to justify a narrative where there is a right or wrong way to eat the food you make at your own house are stuck-up and simply wrong.
