  1. Recording minors?!?!! They are in public. They have no expectation or privacy. 😂😂😂

  2. Way too many people assuming he has never been asked to stop recording & posting online. This dipshit has been warned numerous times by a lot of places & continues to record people & post online. While they can’t stop him from doing it in a public place, they sure as shit can ban him from their privately owned business.

He has posted about being banned from a legal firm for filming inside the building after being asked to stop so he has a track record of thinking the rules don’t apply to him.

  3. big difference between filming people in public and filming people on private property. RIP bozo

  4. so what about the cameras in the store? also he is a youtuber who records his deliveries.

  5. Yes, it is true that they can bend anyone. But it also goes against the constitution. If I remember correctly, it's the first constitution.Freedom of the freedom of speech and press

  6. But also it’s public and I think it is not illegal to take videos of ppl in a public place and also if it been going on for a long time and nothing has happened to employees then it should be fine let me know on your guys thought (I am 10 yrs old so don’t blame me)

  7. She may never have known he was recording if he wasn't posting videos of these underage people working at the location for content. Imagine what a creeper viewer could do watching these. Track when younger women are on shift and where they work.

Plenty of content creators only record the travel part and not entering the restaurant or the location of the drop.

  8. It wouldn’t been a problem if we lived in a perfect world where vendors don’t lie and customers don’t lie 😂🤣…posting on social media yeah sure it’s over the top then again… let’s not be naive.. if you not recording yourself working with the public nowadays you’ll end in serious trouble 😂🤣

  9. UgoLord, In the state of Illinois, you can work at the age of 15 work permit through a school and the Manager / Boss is saying that there is Employee's that are of working age but not legally allowed to be recorded (under 18) and he violated the rules so they banned him. – If I am making sense from the video correctly.

  10. Then why do they contract with delivery companies knowing that they record everything for their own security? Stupidest sh>t I've ever heard of. Enjoy bankruptcy. 😅

  11. Film your pick up an delivery but if you gonna post it coz you cant just work without feeling you are an influencer, just blur out the staff faces.

  12. Recording is a first amendment right. I think it's dumb to think any public building can just ban you over something your protected by with rights

  13. "protect their employees" when she says underage staff. Mister lawyer sir. What double edge sword is that term itself.

  14. I mean its legal to ban him sure but like.. bros just trying to do his job recording is to prove he isnt stealing :sob: if you dont want people recording dont do door dash requests (sorry they are legally in the fine but like also kinda obnoxious about it

  15. Valid af, I’m tired of these influencers thinking that the public is their little social playground to film people and post them on the internet.

  16. I guess she better stay home 24/7 then because government records her every time she steps a foot outside. Moron

  17. There has to be more context. He has to have ignored some warning or statement not to record. If they banned him without at least letting him know, that's a jerk move. At least give him a warning first!

  18. I dont blame the guy for recording….restaurants blaming drivers for their mistakes, customers fucking the drivers by reporting food missing or stolen. Restaurants ask you to confirm the order before giving it to you often more concerned about the order being accepted instead of making sure they give out the order correctly..customer calls with missing food, restaurant says driver stole it..doordash deactivates driver.

  19. Just fyi, they do make secretive body cams and even cams built into glasses. Presumably he was recording in order to defend himself in case of a discrepancy

  20. So i wonder. They said its because he has been recording staff.

Unless they can prove they've banned other people who have all recorded staff, cant he claim it is retaliation/discrimination because he is being singled out?

  21. Yeah, sucks that they decided to ban him for recording his actions as a delivery person. I get that it’s private property and some people are uncomfortable with others recording them, but he’s protecting himself for the job too. What if someone tries to say he delivered to the wrong address? Or says he ate some of the food? Worse what if he gets hit while delivering on that bike, or robbed? He was recording to show he’s doing things correctly and in case things come up, the restaurant should’ve explained that to the employees and if anything, first give the guy a warning

  22. With huge open windows, there would be no expectation of privacy. We are all being recorded by them anyway. I thinks that’s nonsense.

  23. Recording is so commonplace nowadays its ridiculous to ban someone just for that. Plus for food delivery it ensures the food isnt tampered with and gets delivered correctly

  24. When she said underage employees i thought that was an admittance that they hired child labor of teens younger than the state allowed.

  25. Theory- since they allow doordash to still come and he works for them, is that not technically inviting him back if he gets an order from their? Thusly eliminating the trespassing order as you invited him to provide his services

  26. I’m just going off this video, it’s possible they have mentioned it to him in the past, but it seems like the interaction went

“We’ve noticed you recording/seen your videos so we’re banning you.”

Could this situation not have just as easily been resolved by just asking him not to???

  27. Unless you're the police. They are soverign citizens held to zero standards. This guy works as a traffic court judge and believes their lies to generate revenue for the state of California.
