not telling you what to do: But you might try baking or air frying the bao, but then again, if you dont like the filling inside, its a moot point.
it looks like Sam's club confused the trendy bao buns with the Chinese BBQ pork buns (which are also pronounced as baos). They needed to choose one direction or the other.

I will never buy a rotisserie chicken form Sam's again. I bought one and when I sliced into the breast, there was flaky, green meat in the middle. After googling, it's called Green Muscle Disease. Seems to be very common with Costco and Sam's chickens.
That Sam's looks very nice. The one closest to me is a dump with clientele to match. The food court here is a nightmare so I now avoid it.

Sam's Club always had better hot dogs because they used Nathan's compared to a store brand. I guess they got rid of the Nathan's, though, which sucks.

Unfortunately Costco did the same thing with their food court. They also started requiring people to scan their cards before ordering from their OUTSIDE FOOD COURTS. As soon as they did that they lost millions almost overnight. There used to be lines that had like 30+ people in line everyday at lunch time, now there's maybe 4-5 people in line at any given time.
Ive never been to Costco but I really like sams club all meat pizza. I know its like gas station pizza but I just really enjoy it for the price. I also kinda like my pizza greasy.

Costco also just changed the buns to sesame seed. I think I go back and forth on the dog sometimes. I like the Costco dog. Sometimes I like the Sam's Club dog but the buns are always better at Costco but I can't eat though so I don't care
