  1. Honestly, 20-25% of total volume/mass sounds pretty high for the chief flavoring ingredient in any prepared food stuff.

  2. OOoooooh, Maybe because I eat a lot of pistachios as a snack that's why I didn't really like a Dubai chocolate bar.

  3. I was wondering why do you guys like peanut butter that much. For us here hazelnut version is taste better as normal version or with cacao if you like nutella. We don't really sell peanut butter but you can buy biscuits with between them etc. Recently they start to sell pistachio butter. It's good and soft but I still like hazelnut version more.
    I heard about PJ sandwiches. Is it how you always eat it or just peanut butter sandwiches? Do you always make a sandwich size? We break the bread a bite size pieces spread it and eat it. We do make sandwich version sometimes but normally we don't cut the bread toast shape. We cut the bread vertically.

  5. I LOVE pistacchios. I buy the salted, roasted nuts for snacking. They're expensive, but delicious. So i was surprized when i tried pastries and chocolate filled with pistaccio cream that they taste completely different than what i was used to.

  6. Working on a Dubai chewy cookie manufacturing,
    We use almost 50:50 ratio for the oil. Like 50 percent of the main mixture then add 50 percent oil to dilute it. The original mixture is hella concentrated and almost solid stiff.
    Yes we do use pistachio nuts to get the pistachio flavor, tho the color is more pale brownish green hence we use green dye to make it green

  7. Do wasabi next….its not wasabi, it’s horseradish colored green. Real wasabi is very expensive.

  9. To me, pistachios are like big bland sunflower seeds. When I was a kid my mom used to get them all the time. Back then the shells were dyed red for some reason and it would get all over your hands.

  10. Pistachio gelato served fresh in Italy is my favorite gelato flavor. Industrial ice-cream that claims to be pistachio is just fake

  11. That whole confirmation thing at the end i can relate to my experience with fake maple syrup. I grew up on the cheap corp syrup stuff and now i dont even really like the real thing on my pancakes. Saves me money, i guess.

  12. The food industry does this with a lot of things. Most of the flavors in commercial foods are pretty much just chemical additives. Still tastes like it should. Isnt really natural though.

  14. I don't understand you Americans. The fake almond flavor has been a problem in Europe for the last 30 years. How can you not make the difference between the real pistachio taste and fake almond flavor?
