🌞🌿 A Delightful Morning with Tender Jackfruit (Nirphanas) 🌿🌞
One pleasant morning, I went to our garden to harvest some tender jackfruits (Nirphanas). This year, the yield was lower than usual, and in the market, tender jackfruit was available at around ₹300–₹500 per piece. 🌳💰
I carefully plucked 6–7 mature tender jackfruits from the tree and brought them home. 🥰 Once home, I immediately sliced them into thin chips and deep-fried them to make a delicious crispy jackfruit fry. 🍽️✨ It tasted absolutely amazing with traditional bhakri! 🌾😋
The next day, I prepared tawa-fried jackfruit slices and a flavorful jackfruit curry. 🍛🔥 My aunt (Mami) loved both dishes very much. ❤️
A few days later, I boiled some more tender jackfruit and used it to make hot and crispy jackfruit samosas. 🥟😍 These freshly made samosas were a huge hit with both my mother-in-law and my aunt. 👵💕🌟
