Can Chefs Make Restaurant-Quality Food With ONLY Air Fryers?
Can an air fryer really produce restaurant-quality food? That’s the challenge facing Kush and James as they attempt to create dishes worthy of a restaurant menu using ONLY air fryers.
No hobs. No ovens. No deep fryers. Just countertop convection and a lot of culinary creativity.

Kush with James are always amazing videos
Kush is awesome
Wonderful hearing Kush say he wants the potatoes to get crispy and then puts it into the airfryer called "crispi"🤣
watching the normals do the air fryer challenge was quite fun, can't wait to see what the chef's do.
This sort of idea would be cool to see done with only kitchen gadgets but what a normal person might have. Assume their range is broken and they need to make a nice dinner. They have stuff like a microwave, an air fryer, blender, maybe even a sous vide circulator, a slow cooker, an electric pressure cooker, a rice cooker maybe. Basically a normal kitchen of someone who like gadgets but without a stove/oven.
Absolute quality fall off since they started begging for 15,000 likes, doing the "YouTube face" thumbnails and using American terms for food all appease new investors no doubt
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAArrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggg there's Burnt sugar in my Air fryer lol.
17:46 look at his smile, he's so proud of his joke ! 😂
love watching kush teach everyone, would be fun to see him in a scenario with someone he can learn from
these airfryers are all amost new. i wouldnt want to some of these things like caramel or bouiilabaise directly in basket of a 3 year old often used airfryer. Or is it just my baskets that dont really feel cleanable after a while?
Okay try the presto pizzazz pizza cooker
Is Jamies barber blind??
I still don't get why you cripple the air fryers by taking out the spacer. Put the wet food into a casserole dish or something, elevated ont the spacer. The hot air will circulate around the sides, down under the casserole, and heat it from both sides (which is what an Airfryer does). Pouring the bottom of the basket full of liquid means you get anemic heat only from the top. It defies all logic and reason. It's like pouring wet ingredients into the bottom of an oven; a weird oven that has no heating coils in the bottom, just a grill grid up top. I don't even care if they succeeded, I'm so annoyed by this weird freaking methodology, abusing the hardware. I get why some absolute nincompoop on Tiktok would think of this moronic approach to using an Airfryer but these are chefs for crying out loud.
Relaxed bistro vibe is the exact feeling of this video
Can we stop the "talking to the mic from another room" thing, please? That's the most Snobbish & pretentious thing you have changed in this channel.
Jamie spacing out as he tries to understand plating! LOL So you are not serving everything in the air fryer drawers?
It is very intereresting to me that James was about to make the same mistake the normals always do when making a pull through in using only egg yolks and not using the egg white before Kush explained it to him
13:14 13:21 welcome back grumpy James 😁
I assume these recipes will be available on sidekick? Or, are you writing a new airfryer cookbook, featuring Mike's baked Alaska?
its a pain in the ass cleaning air fryers when cooking anything thats sticky
As mentioned in a previous comment, I prefer having all the guys in the same room for videos.
I'd like to see what they can do with slow cookers for the most relaxed pace possible. It will be a challenge for the editor. I'm off to air fry some pineapple!
Why do the normies always get these dumb ass time limits that make no sense but the chefs can just take their sweet time in almost every video?
Would it not make more sense to challenge the chefs more than the normals?
Incredible video, one of the best of the year. Love watching Kush and James cook, we really need more of them as a duo, and cooking separately as well. As much as possible. I'd be happy if every video was Kush and/or James cooking, sometimes alongside a normal, sometimes with one on the sidelines for a bit of banter.
After their experience with these air fryers, which one did the chefs prefer.

This is the most Polish episode of Sorted yet
get them to cook on hot stones
Finally a practical video for my twelve airfryers at home!
8:57 Mike is LOCKED IN 😭
Love this!
How about teppanyaki grills?
Pressure cookers?
THEY ARE JUST SMALL OVENS, THIS ISN'T EVEN REMOTELY DIFFICULT.
They are just mini convection ovens, one of the lifeblood appliances for resturaunts. As long as you are not trying to make resturaunt quantity of dishes, they are great. from single to a family of 4. once you get to 5+ people space really starts becoming a factor in them.
Knives?! shouldnt they be chopping those veg with an air fryer??
I do not think I have ever seen James so relaxed. Kush and James work very well together; it was as if they had created those dishes many times in the past. I think Mike and Jamie were struggling to get any kind of reaction out of the chefs. It is so very impressive that two chefs could create that level of quality using only air fryers. I just show their innate abilities to the nth degree.
Had to watch this as i sat down with my beef wellington perfectly medium rare, rosemary roasted potatoes, sprouts with chestnut and bacon and roasted carrot all done in my ninja air fryer!! Thanks for more ideas lol
I'm just here to say Kush getting James his favourite was very sweet 😊
I would like to see the chef's start with one of everything in the kitchen, but you can only use it once. You put down the knife? No more knives. You take a pan off the hub? Both are off the table. Also, would be really funny to drop that on them after the challenge starts, so they don't know until they lose the first thing.
So nobody's taken the Halogen oven home? Says it all really.
I challenge the chefs to cook with hot stones!
