I love the skewers at Saizeriya
I love Saizerya. I went almost everyday on my last trip cause they had a lot of variety and also very affordable. Love their escargot

Yoshinoya is 50% pure fat/50% beef. I once separated the fat out of the beef, and it was half fat, half beef. It is delicious when the dish is hot so you will not notice the really high amount of pure fat.

Saizeriya's italian cusine Is autentic as japanese's sushi Is in Italy. Im not offending the brand, in Just saying that every cusine needs to adapt to the locals tastes and preferences. The fish you take (it should be called Caprese) is served in a different way: the bufala should be bigger and sliced and put under or aside sliced tomatoes (as big as the mozzarella). All should be garnish with extra vergin olive oil, some basils and pepper as you taste likes.
Lamb skewer Is eaten in the south of Italy and Is called arrosticino, its the same concept (although It doesnt seems smoked under a thin alluminiun foil as It should be)
