  1. And Remember Never Waste Food Because Kids Are Out there with no food and water there suffering from the outside and its sad

  2. I found out that frozen vegetables are a lifesaver for cooking for one person. They don't go bad when you stop looking at them and they're often precut – also great for busy or clumsy people.

  3. i mean sure, a cold, homogeneous cylinder of beans doesnt look too appetizing, but literally just making it not can shaped is all it takes to make it look good

  4. My husband is so picky, and doesn't eat cheese. I even try to make him his cultures food but it is not good enough to him (although when he cooks anything it is terribly salty but I eat with no comment), there is so much of your food I want to make but it would be a waste as he would touch it. Garlic and onion is a sin to him… he says he only eats to survive.

  5. Might look disgusting but something with that much onion and garlic in it will be delicious

  6. When I was a kid, there were a lot of times I was hungry. My mother did the best she could, too. She would get us to eat remnant. Ham left on the bone with navy beans cooked. That made the big, the good thick soup beans and to get us to eat them. She put ketchup in them, turned them pink and gave us fritos or corn chips to dip it in and it worked, and we loved them, we couldn't wait So , also , beans have a lot of protein in them , and when you don't have meat frequently , that protein's important for children have a great day , enjoy your videos constantly

  7. As Egyptian, we all raised up to eat beans of any kind, vava beans(foul) crushed vava beans(falafel) black eyed beans, white beans, chickpea (hmous) lentil (yellow n black) yellow go for with rice or soup, black go for (Koushary) so we can create anything from just beans n it becomes a full course meal with salad, soup, main dish n dessert😂😂😂
That's was in my childhood, then I grow up n we started to get more colors of beans, black, red coming from Mexico so we started to add more beans in our dishes😂😂😂

  8. Mama is your precious lady!! She seems to have done wonderful job as your mama!! I hope she is doing well with her sickness.. Love your posts and look forward to every one!

  9. Dry beans are cheaper than a can. And you get more for less. My mom fed us for a week with an olla of them. But to each their own.

  10. Looks delicious! Way to go mom and way to go you for spreading the word and perspective that humble doesn't mean less than, it means different and beautiful.
