  1. I love me some Guga but there's no comparison between these 2 ways of cooking…
    I'm surprised guga didn't grill it over coals , he normally does …
    Nothing beats low n slow over coals .. unfortunately many have never tried this especially overseas …. but there is no comparison …
    In the USA , you can buy a Webber kettle for $200 and it will do this every single time..

  2. I started smoking ribeyes first then searing and it’s been the best steak I’ve ever had. I want to try picanha the same way.

  3. I hate Typhur. I never had a worse probe. Lasted like 2 uses. Cheap Chinese GARBAGE

  4. YOOO Malcolm is the goat, but the product placement is too heavy here even though I do like the howtobbqright seasonings.. the thermometer bit was just alltogether too much and took me out of this

  5. Honestly both look great. But I've been following Malcom for years and his recipes have never steered my wrong. I'll also go for bbq style first.

  6. Whoa! This combo was too hot to handle. Those juicy steaks are soooo desirable. The boys are at their best. Thank you and have a good time.

  7. Malcom seems like a really nice guy. I'll just never understand the fascination with smoking every single piece of meat. It's getting out of hand. My buddy wasted an ENTIRE prime rib by smoking it. He smoked it perfectly and the prime rib ended up just tasting like ham.
