|20 ml||maple syrup|
|120 ml||butter milk|
|100 g||all-purpose flour|
|0.5 tsp||baking powder|
|butter for frying|

Add oil, maple syrup, and butter milk and continue whisking.
2 tbsp vegetable oil / 20 ml maple syrup / 120 ml butter milk
Mix flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl and then gently fold into the liquid butter milk mixture. Let stand for approx. 15 – 20 min.
100 g all-purpose flour / 0.5 tsp baking powder / salt
Drop batter into skillet and cook on medium heat until golden-brown (approx. 2 – 3 min. per side, with a diameter of approx. 7cm). Serve with homemade jam or powedered sugar.
