  1. This reminds me of the TV show eat the invaders here in Australia where they ate species that are invasive in Australia, including certain plants.

One invasive species in the US I'm surprised you didn't cook in this video is snakehead.

Could you do series where you cook species that are invasive in other countries like Australia & New Zealand, Japan, UK etc.

  2. I used to catch and cook bull frogs all the time when my dad rented a house with some land with two big ponds, if you cook em right they are incredibly delicious! Hats off to you max!

  3. Now I'm gonna have to cook some buffalo bull frog. Grew up eating them beer battered and deep fried, so this is going to be a treat.

  4. I swear it’s like 50% learning somthing 50% seeing cool food this is why I love you max❤

  5. You need to do Eurasian doves. They are invasive and you can hunt them all year. Cut the breasts off and marinade them in red carne asada marinade over night and grill them like little steaks. Then cut them into little cubes and make tacos. Best game meat you’ll ever eat. It’s delicious.

  6. Just an FYI, you should purge crawfish in fresh water 12-24 hours, changing the water about every 3 hours or so (You don't HAVE to, it just gives them times to empty their bowels before cooking). Also make sure you go through them and discard all the dead ones first too.

  7. Max please….for the crawfish you used the wrong type of potatoes…. And you didn’t season well after…

  8. 20:41. Only the spins on the lion fish are venomous, but not dangerous per say. It is painful if you get stung. But just put the stung body part in warm water to denature the proteins.
