Ingredients:
Makhana (Fox Nuts) – 2 cups
Peanuts – ¼ cup
Sesame Seeds – 2 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Jaggery – ½ cup
Water – 1 tbsp
Method:
Dry roast the makhana until crispy. Keep aside.
Dry roast the peanuts, remove the skin, and crush them slightly.
Dry roast the sesame seeds until they start to pop.
Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan.
Add jaggery and 1 tbsp water. Cook until the jaggery melts and forms a sticky syrup.
Add the roasted makhana, peanuts, and sesame seeds.
Mix everything well so the jaggery coats all the ingredients evenly.
Transfer to a greased plate, flatten slightly, and let it cool.
Break into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
