Mango Lychee Ice-cream
Serves: 7-8
Recipe in English

Ingredients:
Prepare Mango Sauce:
-Aam (Mango) puree 1 & ½ Cup
-Sugar 2 & ½ tbs or to taste
-Lychee 250g
-Condensed milk 1 can (397g)
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp
-Whipping cream 600ml

Direction:
Prepare Mango Sauce:
-In a sauce pan, add mango puree, sugar, mix well & cook on medium flame for 5-8 minutes or until thickened.
-Turn off the flame
– Let it cool completely & transfer to a piping bag.
-Take lychee, peel & deseed them.
-In a blending jar, add lychee, condensed milk, pink salt, & blend well
-Lychee cream mixture is ready! Set aside.
-In a bowl, add whipping cream, beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form.
-Add lychee puree, fold well until well-combined.
-In a dish, add half of the Lychee cream mixture, pipe out prepared mango puree, make swirls with the help of wooden skewer, add remaining lychee cream mixture & mango puree again, mix with skewer.
-Cover with cling wrap & freeze for 6-8 hours or until frozen.
