  5. I pissed myself laughing 😆😆😆. He didn't use the fresh thyme, that was dried and the parsley wasn't used. "I can't believe I just did this"…..No, nor can we 😂😂😂

  6. Tip: season and pre-cook the stew the day before (2.5 hours), then continue slow cooking the next day (1.5 hours) – Cut the beef slices into equal pieces. Me knows nothing about France Bourguignon. – but: Mexican beef stew on some tacos, with fresh salad. Side dish: grilled peppers and black beans bowl always good

  8. julia child is probably turning in her grave right now and wanted to be resurrected for 5 min. just to slap jack silly. and that is not french cuisine, it's jack's american prison food.

  9. my favorite part about jack videos is seeing good fresh ingredients at the start of a video just get destroyed to the best of jacks ability. and dam, hes really good at it.

  11. Beef stew is the ultimate set it and forget it meal. Roux, wine (or beer), sauteed veg, browned meat, put it in your crock pot on low for 6-8 hours and go about your day. Jack did about triple the work, and got a worse end result

  12. I honestly wish someone could talk some sense into Jack.. his food is just terrible but he just doesn't accept that, and his body is paying the price, pretty sure he had a stroke a few years back and as soon as he got back from the hospital he made an absolute artery clogger
