Whoever is using a square saucepan shouldn’t be in the kitchen 🤣🤣🤣
I get it, you are french….. Stop trying to ram that down our throats
I never developed a taste for nutmeg; just don't like the flavor. Alexia's videos are worth a watch.
je t'aime ce soir, au demain, tout le temps. The new Julia Childs, peut-être. You can mortar me, anytime.
Yes that's the classic recipe, we do also the same style but with baguette and porc sausage, kind of like a french hot dog.
What are the weights shes using?
how many saliva did you spit every time pronouncing "croque monsier"
Finally! Someone else who [hates] nutmeg
My cholesterol levels shot up just by watching this… looks great tho
I put my ingredients INSIDE the sandwich and toast it open faced. It tastes the same and can be eaten on the go, one of the best features of a sandwich.
Do French people not know about ostehøvel (cheese slicer)? Step up your game
Oh that looks so delicious!
Bechamel is actually Italian honey.
I miss the test kitchen. 🙁
I really loved your well executed demo, I'm a chef also and loved the nuanced knowledge you have, you're my new fave chef to follow… spot on!❤
I'm going to have to disagree about mustard. Dijon is ok-ish, but English mustard is much better with ham.
If you can't pick up the sandwich, I fail to see the point in using bread at all.
Oh so that's how you make a vinaigrette.
How about some boars head boiled ham?
Definitely not a master french chef lol, that cut was diabolical, salad is a slop
Sacre Bleu
Nah, sorry but it doesn't compete with kraft singles on white bread grilled to perfection
Must be nice but sometimes I think how are french people still alive, ahahahah, a heart attack on a plate.
