  3. Yes that's the classic recipe, we do also the same style but with baguette and porc sausage, kind of like a french hot dog.

  5. I put my ingredients INSIDE the sandwich and toast it open faced. It tastes the same and can be eaten on the go, one of the best features of a sandwich.

  7. I'm going to have to disagree about mustard. Dijon is ok-ish, but English mustard is much better with ham.
