We travelled to Pattimattom to find out, and what followed was a delicious Kerala lunch experience with crispy eri fry, spicy beef fry, fresh seafood, traditional vegetarian side dishes, and a satisfying payasam.

When our Food N Travel friend Sivadas suggested Sree Bhadra Nadan Bhakshanasala, we initially assumed it was a vegetarian restaurant. However, he described it as one of the best non-vegetarian homely meals restaurants in Pattimattom. Located around 13 to 14 kilometers from Kochi Infopark, this restaurant has become a popular lunch destination for people looking for authentic Kerala homestyle food.

In this video, we try their famous Kerala meals along with beef fry, eri fry, matthi fry, ayala fry, and kozhuva. The crispy eri fry and flavourful beef fry turned out to be our favourites. The traditional Kerala lunch experience was further enhanced by their tasty vegetarian side dishes and a simple yet comforting payasam.

    ചേട്ടൻ എരി മീൻ സൂപ്പർ ആണ് കേരളത്തിൽ കിട്ടുന്നതിൽ വച്ചു ഏറ്റവും സൂപ്പർ
    പക്ഷെ ഇപ്പോൾ കഴിച്ചത് അല്ല കൊച്ചികരുരുടെ എരി ചേട്ടൻ ഫോർട്ട്‌കൊച്ചി അല്ലെങ്കിൽ വൈപ്പിൻ പോകുക ഹോട്ടലിൽ അധികം കിട്ടാറില്ല എന്നാലും ഫോർട്ട്‌കൊച്ചിയിൽ കിട്ടും എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു അത് ചേട്ടൻ ഇഷ്ടപെട്ട ഏതു രീതിയിലും കഴിച്ചോ ഇത്രേം ടേസ്റ്റ് ഉള്ള മീൻ വേറെ കാണില്ല, എല്ലാവരുടെയും ടേസ്റ്റ് ഒന്ന് അല്ല എന്നറിയാം എന്നാലും ഇത് പോളിയാണ്
